Gareth Sharp

Gareth Sharp is an experienced coach and educator in the field of sports, currently serving as a DiSE Coach and Mentor at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since March 2022, alongside the role of U15 Manager for the England Talent Programme in Northern England. With a long-standing commitment to St Peter's School in York since September 2009, Gareth holds the positions of Boarding Housemaster, Head of Cricket, and Head of Boys' Games. Prior experience includes teaching PE and Games at Malvern College for a brief period in 2008-2009 and working as an Assistant Coach for Cricket Argentina from 2007 to 2008. Gareth's educational background includes a BA Hons in Sport, Health, and Exercise Science from Durham University, complemented by formative years at Stowe School from 1997 to 2002.
