Lara Johnson

Lara Johnson is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in sports development and community coaching. Currently serving as Cricket Development Officer and Women’s Soft Ball Cricket Lead at Sussex Cricket since September 2019, Lara also holds the position of ECB Coach Developer with the England & Wales Cricket Board since November 2021. Involved in grassroots sports, Lara volunteered as Manager for the Sussex U12-14 Boys at Sussex County Golf Union from September 2018 to November 2021. Additionally, Lara has served as an Independent Ambassador for Tropic Skincare since June 2020 and has held various roles in golf operations at The Goodwood Group and Bognor Regis Golf Club from 2007 to 2020. An educational background includes a Foundation degree in Art, Design and Media Studies from Northbrook College (University of Brighton) and A Levels from Felpham Community College.
