Sara N. is an experienced professional in safeguarding and anti-discrimination, currently serving as the Director of the Anti-Discrimination Unit and Safeguarding at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Head of Safeguarding at ECB and worked as the Senior Safeguarding Lead at The Football Association. With a robust background in safeguarding, Sara has also served as the Deputy Director of Operations at Refuge, focusing on operational services for survivors, and as the Head of Safeguarding & Equality at Crystal Palace Football Club. Additional experience includes the role of Safeguarding Manager at QPR FC and working as a Detective within the Kent Police, where Sara managed investigations into abuse involving vulnerable populations.
