Zoë Reynolds has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the field of HR. Zoë is currently working as the Director of People Operations at the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Interim Head of HR at ECB from August 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining ECB, Zoë founded and operated their own HR consultancy, Reynolds HR Consulting, as the Director from February 2018 to August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at JourneyHR as a Senior HR Consultant from September 2015 to January 2018 and as an HR Consultant from July 2014 to September 2015.

Zoë also has experience working as the Director at RECL from April 2014 to April 2016. Before that, they served as the Senior HR Business Partner at The Marketing Store from July 2013 to April 2014 and as the HR Manager, International (Temp) at Russian Standard Vodka from July 2012 to June 2013.

Furthermore, Zoë has worked as the Senior HR Manager at DDB UK from January 2010 to May 2012 and as the HR Manager from October 2008 to March 2010. Zoë also gained HR experience at Associated Newspapers as an HR Adviser from 2006 to 2008 and at EHS Brann as the HR Manager and HR Adviser from 2003 to 2006.

Zoë's early career includes their role as an HR Assistant at OgilvyOne from 2001 to 2003. This comprehensive work experience showcases their expertise and capabilities in the field of HR.

Zoë Reynolds completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from the University of Southampton, which they attended from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued further studies at Greenwich University from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Human Resources and earning a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) qualification.
