Esme Tuttiett

Esme Tuttiett is a Research and Data Analyst at ukactive and a Nutrition Consultant for England Boxing Ltd, both roles held since 2023. Esme has a robust background in academia and sports nutrition, serving as a Specialist Visiting Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University and a PhD student at The University of Sheffield, where the research focused on nutritional and exercise interventions for musculoskeletal diseases. Previous positions include Women's 1st Team and Academy Nutritionist for Sheffield United Football Club, Academy Nutritionist for Rotherham United Football Club, and Performance Nutritionist for Hong Kong Rugby Union. Esme's educational qualifications include a PhD in Health Nutrition from The University of Sheffield, a Master's in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Southampton.
