Saira Tabasum

Saira Tabasum has extensive experience in the biomedical field, currently serving as a Trainee Specialist Biomedical Scientist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust since October 2016. Saira has progressed through various roles, including Biomedical Scientist and Biomedical Support Worker. In addition to biomedical sciences, Saira is an active Level 2 Amateur Boxing Coach with England Boxing Ltd since June 2014 and has prior experience as a Shift Manager at McDonald's and an Actor at Commonwealth Theatre. Educationally, Saira holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bradford and a Postgraduate Certificate in Employability and Entrepreneurship from Bradford University School of Management. Saira's background also includes significant community engagement through various volunteer roles and leadership positions, including President of the University of Bradford Boxing Club.
