England and Great Britain Hockey
Bobby Crutchley currently serves as the Performance Director for England and Great Britain Hockey since March 2025. Prior to this role, Bobby was the Head of Performance Coaching at British Gymnastics from August 2018 to March 2025 and also worked as a Coaching Mentor with The Premier League and the European Hockey Federation. Bobby’s extensive coaching background includes serving as Head Coach for Great Britain and England Hockey from 2006 to 2018, as well as Assistant Coach for the same teams from 2005 to 2012. Additionally, Bobby was the Head Hockey Coach at the University of Bath from 1999 to 2006. Bobby holds multiple degrees in sports coaching and related fields from various institutions, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Coach Development from Leeds Beckett University and a Master of Arts in Sports Coaching from the University of Central Lancashire.
