Tom Allen

Tom Allen has a diverse work experience in various sports organizations. Tom started in 2007 as a Coaching Officer at the Rugby Football League before progressing to roles such as Development Officer, Data & Insights Manager, and Insight Manager. Tom then joined England Golf in 2016 as an Insight Manager and later became the Head of Strategy and Insight. In 2023, they transitioned to England and Great Britain Hockey as the Head of Data and Technology. Tom has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, strategy development, and insight generation to drive customer acquisition and improve customer experience.

Tom Allen attended Loughborough University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
