Jeremy Dailami

EVP, People & Operations at England Logistics, Inc.

In September of 2009, the most enthusiastic of England Logistics’ team members would meet their match. Almost instantly proving to be a livewire and a powder keg of energy, Jeremy entered the sales floor as a capacity manager, then an account manager, and within months he advanced to become a logistics coach. His legacy of promoting within his career, and elevating people, has cemented many treasured relationships during his time at EL.

Determined optimism, coupled with his natural talent and intuition for business, culminated in his appointment as EL’s first director of cold chain. After seeing tremendous success in this role, Jeremy took on the responsibility of directing the full truckload division in October 2015. As a result of significant positive results in leading the division, Jeremy was promoted to vice president of brokerage services where he developed innovative strategies to accelerate growth within England Logistics’ brokerage divisions, including full truckload, temp-controlled, less-than-truckload, and parcel divisions.

Now serving as executive vice president of people and operations, Jeremy will have oversight of England Logistics’ operational divisions. In this role, he will continue to foster strategic growth in support of business objectives and employee development.

Only to be beaten by his children in terms of enthusiasm for life, Jeremy can typically be found shadowing his wife, son, and daughter outdoors. Despite his outgoing enthusiasm for all things people, typically demonstrated through booming greetings and a wide-eyed grin, Jeremy does enjoy quieter moments to explore biographies of other successful individuals.
