John Szweda

John Szweda has over 30 years of work experience, beginning in 1985 with Del Laboratories/Coty as Director of Nail Care R&D. In 1989, they moved to Van Dyk division of Mallinckrodt as Business Manager. In 1990, they joined Elizabeth Arden as Manager of R&D. In 1997, they became Director of R&D Color Cosmetics at Gryphon Development. In 2000, they were hired as Group Director of R&D at Victoria's Secret Beauty. In 2008, they were promoted to Associate Vice President of R&D at Beauty Avenues. In 2011, they were appointed VP of Laboratory Services and Regulatory at Mana Products. In 2015, they became Chief Strategy Officer at Ithos Global. Finally, in 2016, they were hired as Director of Regulatory Compliance at Englewood Lab, LLC, where they remained until their retirement in 2018.

John Szweda attended Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1978 to 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Sciences with a concentration in chemistry.
