Jill Volanti

Jill Volanti currently serves as the Director of Plan Documents & Regulatory Compliance at Personify Health, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jill was the Director of Compliance at Contigo Health from July 2016 to October 2025, where responsibilities included serving as the Privacy Officer, managing HIPAA incident investigations, and overseeing the development of various plan documents. Jill's earlier experience includes serving as the Compliance & Safety Officer at RCI - Regional Care, Inc., where tasks involved supporting ACA reporting requirements and developing HIPAA and OSHA policies. Jill began career work as a Receptionist at Will's Chiropractic and has also held a supervisory role at Cost Plus World Market. Jill holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Wartburg College.
