Marco Q. is an experienced professional in the cosmetics and color development industry, currently serving as the Director of Color and Innovation at Englewood Lab since June 2021. Previously, Marco held the position of Director at the Research and Innovation Lab at kdc/one, where the innovation lab was established as a central hub for new formulation within the KDC network. Marco’s extensive background includes significant roles at Intercos, starting as a Senior Chemist in Color Development and advancing to Technical Manager and R&D Manager, where responsibilities included managing projects related to raw materials, new product development, and production processes. Marco began the career at Tecnocosmesi - S.P.A. as an R&D Chemist, focusing on powder products and overseeing quality control and manufacturing processes.
