Dr. Rana Razzaque

Dr. Rana (Amy) Razzaque has a diverse range of work experience in education, consulting, and program development. Dr. Rana (Amy) is currently serving as the Director of Opportunity, Access, and Inclusion at Englewood Schools, where they work on establishing inclusive policies and practices. Prior to this, they worked as a DEIJB Consultant at Rana Razzaque Consulting, where they conducted workshops and published research. Dr. Rana (Amy) also served as an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Specialist at Jeffco Public Schools, where they developed and enhanced district-level systems and policies. Additionally, they worked as a Program Development Coordinator at Sources of Strength, where they focused on mental health and wellbeing initiatives. Dr. Rana (Amy) has experience as a Social Emotional Learning Specialist at Denver Public Schools, partnering with schools to develop social-emotional supports. Dr. Rana (Amy) also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Denver, an Academic Advisor at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes, a Graduate Admissions Counselor at Ashford University, and an Adjunct Professor of English at South Mountain Community College. Dr. Rana (Amy) started their career as a Writing/Reading/ESL Tutor at Gateway Community College.

Dr. Rana (Amy) Razzaque completed their education with a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Denver between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from Arizona State University from 2009 to 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Texas from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Rana Razzaque has obtained various certifications. These include being an IDI Qualified Administrator from IDI, LLC in 2021, completing the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training from Crisis Prevention Institute in 2016, becoming a Sources of Strength trainer from Sources of Strength in 2015, and achieving the Life Skills Trainer- High School Curriculum certification from Botvin LifeSkills Training (obtained year unspecified).
