Libby Spencer is an experienced operations and event manager with a proven track record in venue hire and commercial events, currently serving as Operations Manager Venue Hire at English Heritage since April 2019. Prior to this role, Libby held various positions, including Senior Event Manager/Account Director at Brand and Deliver and Stage/Venue Manager at Block 9.
