Adrian V.

Adrian V. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance coaching and development. Currently serving as the Head of Performance Coaching and Development at the English National Ballet since September 2022, Adrian focuses on enhancing self-awareness, career transition, and life skills development while facilitating multidisciplinary team collaboration. Prior experience includes a role as a self-employed performance coach from February 2012 to August 2022, where clients achieved significant career advancements and media presence. Additionally, Adrian worked as a lecturer at UNSW, guiding 4th-year university students towards successful graduation, and had a notable career as a professional dancer with established international companies. Adrian holds a Master's in Psychology of Coaching from the University of Sydney, a Master’s in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology Sydney, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, and a Diploma in Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors.
