Krishna Vadodaria

Krishna is a seasoned neurobiologist with over 15 years of research experience. Most recently, Krishna served as a staff scientist at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, focusing primarily on the development and execution of pre-clinical psychiatric disorder models. In this capacity, she managed a variety of Academia-Industry and Academia-Clinical collaborations including Salk-Takeda, Salk-Mayo Clinic, and Salk-University of California San Diego VA. She has led similar work at premier research institutes such as the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). Krishna’s research is highly regarded and noted for conceptually advancing the field, with >2000 citations. Krishna received her Ph.D. from ETH Zurich and completed post-doctoral training at the Salk Institute.
