Melissa Pasquale

Melissa Pasquale is the Vice President of Unit Map Platform & Ecosystem at Engrain. Prior to their current role, Pasquale served as the Vice President, Unit Map Platform & Ecosystem, Chief Client Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. As Chief Client Officer, Pasquale is responsible for shaping, growing and managing a team to identify and execute efficient and scalable strategies to add the necessary features to meet the demand for 1000s of maps. In addition, Pasquale is focused on activating the growing Unit Map ecosystem made up of dozens of forward thinking software companies, ensuring they have on-demand API access to Unit Maps - at scale.

Pasquale began their career at Engrain as the Vice President of Operations, a role in which they were responsible for managing the operations teams, including HR, finance and office management. During their time as Vice President of Operations, Pasquale helped flip the company from a service-based model to a recurring revenue-based model. In addition, Pasquale was tasked with evaluating and hiring outsourced resources, weighing and overseeing changes to existing systems, policies and processes and managing continued growth.

As the company continued to grow, Pasquale was promoted to Vice President of Product Development, a role in which they are responsible for creating and implementing product development procedures and strategies for TouchTour, SightMap, and other Engrain products. In this role, Pasquale oversees outbound product marketing and resource management and is responsible for unifying all of the competing demands from the organization in order to ensure long and short-term product goals are met.

Pasquale has been with Engrain for 9 years 4 months and has played an integral role in the company’s growth and success.

Melissa Pasquale has a University of Colorado Boulder degree from 1996-2000 and a CT Real Estate License from being a salesperson.
