Dennis McCarron

Dennis McCarron serves as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Development at Life360, where responsibilities include leading initiatives in market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. As a Limited Partner at Triangle Tweener Fund, McCarron is involved in investing in early-stage startups within the largest VC fund in the Southeast. Previous roles include Principal at Stratos Advisory, where advisory services focused on M&A and strategy for tech clients, and Vice President at Sabre Corporation, overseeing global strategy and corporate development for the travel technology leader. McCarron also held executive positions at Zendesk and SAS, significantly enhancing corporate development functions throughout a distinguished career. McCarron holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Economics from the University of New Brunswick.
