Wayne Pass

Wayne Pass has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Wayne started their career in 1991 as an Assistant VP - Credit, Operations, at ORIX Financial Services and remained with the company until 2001. From 2003 to 2004, Pass held Vice President roles at both Citicapital Commercial Corp and Citigroup. Wayne then joined Key Equipment Finance in 2004 as Vice President - Credit, serving until 2008. Subsequently, Pass worked as a Credit Manager at TriMark Marlinn from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, they were appointed as Credit Manager at Balboa Capital and later, in the same year, they became Senior Vice President - Credit at Engs Commercial Finance Co.
