Mohamad Darbi Mohamad Khairi

Mohamad Darbi Mohamad Khairi has extensive work experience in quality control and engineering roles. Mohamad Darbi began their career at Samsung Display as a Manufacturing Engineering Engineer, where they achieved significant reductions in process and fake defects through detailed analysis and corrective actions. Mohamad Darbi also acted as a quality auditor, managed EOS and ESD, and provided engineering support.

Later, at JK Wire Harness Sdn Bhd, Mohamad served as a QA Engineer, ensuring customer requirements were met and guiding cost reduction activities. Mohamad Darbi also held the role of Factory Innovation Unit Engineer, compiling and presenting Kaizen and cost reduction activities to top management.

In their most recent role at LATEXX MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD., Mohamad served as a WCM QC Pillar Leader and Asst. Manager Quality Engineering. Mohamad Darbi was responsible for ensuring quality performance, coaching employees in continuous improvement, reducing the cost of poor quality, and leading the WCM Quality Control team.

Currently, Mohamad is working as the Quality Section Head at Engtek Group, where they continue to apply their expertise in quality management.

Mohamad Darbi Mohamad Khairi earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. Mohamad Darbi attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
