Datin Yap Seng Kuan

Datin Yap Seng Kuan was appointed to the Board as a Non-Independent Executive Director on 3 June 2002. After completing her secondary education, Datin Yap has held various administrative positions and managed her own business prior to joining Engtex Sdn Berhad. She is currently in-charge of the Group’s Treasury & Credit Control function. Her portfolio includes the monitoring of day-to-day credit control and cashflow, monitoring debtors’ collections and treasury function of the Group. She does not hold any directorship in other public company. She attended all the five Board meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
