Ng Chooi Guan

Ng Chooi Guan was appointed to the Board as a Non-Independent Executive Director on 3 June 2002. He is also the Managing Director of Engtex Sdn Berhad. He commenced his sales career in the hardware industry upon completion of his secondary education in 1980. He joined Engtex Sdn Berhad upon its inception in 1984 as a Sales Representative and progressed with the company to become the Managing Director. His responsibilities include sales and marketing, business development, procurement of new products for distribution, securing new exclusive distributorships/agencies and developing house-brand products. He does not hold any directorship in other public company. He attended all the five Board meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
