Matthew Samuel-Camps

Matthew is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and an equity partner and board member of Vail Williams LLP.

He has 25 years’ experience across the commercial and residential property industry. His operational speciality is in property receivership for lending banks, where his team currently manages around £250 million of impaired loans in the UK.

He also heads a Social Housing team, which provides valuation, development and occupational advice to a number of major social housing providers in central southern England.

Matthew lives in Meon Valley with his family. His wife is active in the local voluntary field.
