Mike Blunden has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Mike started their career at Platsoft, where they worked as an ERP & CRM Consultant, supporting clients with Epicor ERP Accounts, Clientele CRM, and PSA solutions. Mike then became an Account Manager and successfully managed key clients. After their time at Platsoft, Mike joined Exchequer as a Key Account Manager, focusing on revenue growth, upselling, and customer satisfaction. During this period, Exchequer was acquired by IRIS, and Mike played a role in aiding the transition and customer understanding of the broader company offerings.

Following their tenure at Exchequer, Mike joined Codestone Technologies as a New Business Development Manager, promoting and selling the SAP Business One solution to new prospects. Mike received training on the product and the sales cycle, and conducted presentations and product demonstrations. Mike then worked at Access UK Ltd as a Channel Partner Manager, managing partnerships with resellers, vertical partners, and referral contacts in the South of England. Mike started as the Head of Client Sales, utilizing their business analysis, consultancy, and commercial skills to support clients in addressing their business requirements and unlocking the value of software applications. Mike'srole involved working with a wide range of leading software applications, including ERP, CRM, EPoS, eCommerce, project management, and IT infrastructure. Mike also provided custom niche applications and systems integration. Later, Mike became a Solutions Delivery Manager, overseeing the delivery and management of software applications provision, including ERP, CRM, payroll and HR, business intelligence, e-commerce, and custom solutions. Mike project managed the delivery and managed the consulting team, covering all aspects of the lifecycle. Mike'skey focus was on analyzing client requirements and aligning them with the appropriate applications to deliver business benefits. Most recently, Mike held the position of Head of Solutions, where they continued to leverage their expertise in overseeing the solutions delivery and managing the consulting team.

Mike Blunden attended the University of Southampton from 1984 to 1988. Mike obtained an HNC degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
