Justin Wallace's work experience spans over several years in various roles within the hospitality industry. Justin started their career as a Supervisor at Amazon Entertainment Centre in 1997 and went on to work as a Floor Manager at Regent Inns - Bar Risa/Jongleurs. In 1999, they joined Whitbread as a Deputy Manager before becoming an Assistant Manager and later a General Manager at Sound Nightclub.
From 2005 to 2009, Justin served as an Operations Manager at Step Change Bars, where they oversaw multiple restaurants and bars, developed marketing strategies, and managed budgets.
