Simon Gilks

Simon Gilks has a strong background in revenue operations and enablement. Simon currently holds the role of VP Revenue Operations at Enhesa, where they are responsible for optimizing revenue generation strategies and operational efficiencies. Prior to this, Simon held similar positions at companies such as Speechmatics, Ometria, GoCardless, and Sage. Simon has also demonstrated their expertise in sales operations and management at Xero and RS Components. Simon's work experience showcases their ability to drive business growth and enhance revenue streams through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Simon Gilks attended West Herts College from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Public and Emergency Services. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including Administrator (ADM 201), Building Lenses, Dashboards and Apps in Wave Analytics (ANC-201), Implementing an Analytics Strategy for the Sales Cloud (STR-301), Mobile & Desktop Exploration in Wave Analytics (ANC-101), and Reporting Fundamentals (RPT-101). Simon also holds a certification from Ometria, known as The Ometria Pitch.
