Gene Raymondi

Gene Raymondi has extensive work experience, starting with their position as CEO and Founder of eni in 1983. During their time at eni, they demonstrated qualities such as entrepreneurship, leadership, and creativity. Gene also became recognized as a thought leader in benefits integration and employee engagement. Prior to eni, Gene worked as an Operations Manager at IBM from 1977 to 1985.

Gene Raymondi attended SUNY Broome Community College from 1972 to 1974, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities. Gene then went on to attend the State University of New York at Oswego from 1974 to 1976, where they obtained a BA in Public Justice with a focus on Social Science.
