Olimpia Baragatti

Olimpia Baragatti is an experienced professional in asset management and operations in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Head of O&M Troubleshooting and Optimization and Asset Manager PV at Plenitude since October 2021. Prior to this, Olimpia held positions as Head of Asset Management and Asset Manager at EF Solare Italia from June 2017 to October 2021, and as Junior Asset Manager at RTR Rete Rinnovabile from February 2013 to June 2017, gaining expertise in managing photovoltaic portfolios and maintenance operations. Olimpia began a career trajectory with roles at Nissan Italy and Anemoi International Italy One s.r.l., focusing on general affairs and project management.
