Mattia Campanati

Mattia Campanati possesses extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, serving in various leadership roles at Eni since April 1999, including Head of Operations Global Natural Resources and Managing Director of IEOC. Key responsibilities involve overseeing onshore and offshore operations in Congo, managing a diverse workforce and contractor network while ensuring safety and environmental protection. Mattia has a strong focus on production optimization, coordinating significant hydraulic fracturing and drilling campaigns, and actively supports non-operated asset management. Prior roles span operations management at Bacton and Hewett, shutdown strategy development, and instrument engineering.
