Michele Margarone

Michele Margarone is currently the Refinery Management, Operations and Projects leader at Eni, driving initiatives at the Raffineria di Sannazzaro. They previously held various roles at Eni, including Technical and Project Manager and Head of Engineering Management, where they focused on offshore engineering, asset integrity, and carbon management. Michele earned an MBA from Scuola Mattei and has extensive experience in project management, including serving as Vice President of Asset Management at ADNOC Group and Development Project Director at Enilive. They also completed a research internship in Energy Engineering at Università di Catania in 2004.
