Paulo Falconi Palacios

Paulo Falconi Palacios is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Legal for LNG Portfolio & Equity Valorization at Eni since April 2022, Paulo previously held positions such as Associate General Counsel at Qatargas and various legal leadership roles at RasGas, including Head of Legal for Sales and Shipping and Arbitration Disputes. Early in the career, Paulo served as General Counsel at Repsol and gained foundational experience as Associate Counsel at both Pinsent Masons and Squire Patton Boggs. Academic qualifications include an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Doctorate in Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, and participation in the Heads Development Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
