Silvia Pavoni

Silvia Pavoni currently serves as the Physical Chemistry Unit Manager & Knowledge Owner at Eni, where they coordinate research and development activities related to the characterization of crude oils and refined products. They have held various senior project management roles at Eni since 2011, focusing on refining processes and quality prediction studies utilizing nonlinear algorithms. Prior to their tenure at Eni, Silvia was a Project Leader at euron/agippetroli, working on refining processes and fuel quality optimization. Silvia holds a degree in Chemistry from the Università degli Studi di Milano and completed their classical high school education at Liceo Carducci Milano.
