Currently serving as Sales and Development Director at Enico Oy since January 2025, Topias previously held various key positions at Enersense International Oyj, including Head of EV Charging Solutions and Director of Sales & Business Development. Topias also worked at Empower PN Oy as Service Portfolio Manager and Sales and Development Manager, focusing on substations, high voltage power lines, EV charging solutions, wind power, and battery energy storages. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales and Development Engineer and Maintenance Engineer, along with foundational work as a Sports Ground Maintenance Worker, Electrician, and Builder. Topias holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Automation Engineering from Häme University of Applied Sciences and has completed vocational training at Tampere Vocational College Tredu.
