Lead Product UX/UI Designer for Data Services and Marketing at Enigma

Daniel Ocando Troconis has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Daniel worked as a Lead Product UX/UI Designer for Data Services and Marketing at Enigma Technologies, Inc. from December 2017 to the present. Prior to that, they served as an independent designer for u-Brand.me, where they worked as an Identity and Product Brand Art Director.

From 2013 to 2017, Daniel worked at Scholastic as a Lead Product UX/UI Designer for Web and Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for developing the User Experience and Visual Design for the complete redesign and platform migration of the Scholastic Book Club E-Commerce experience.

Before joining Scholastic, Daniel worked at Maggy London Inc. as a Lead Designer for eCommerce and Photoshoot productions from May 2012 to October 2013. Prior to that, they worked at MBLM from 2004 to 2011, where they held the position of Lead Brand Designer for Brand Identities and Product Branding.

Daniel also worked at FutureBrand CCS as a Senior Designer for Brand Identities and Product Branding from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they gained experience as a Senior Designer at Neri Design Group from 1998 to 2001, where they were involved in designing and developing the identity platform for various brands.

Daniel Ocando Troconis has a diverse education history. Daniel began their education by attending Instituto de Diseño Caracas from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on Illustration. Daniel furthered their education by enrolling at Instituto de Diseño Perera from 1996 to 1998, obtaining another degree, this time a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. In 2015, they attended General Assembly to study HTML & CSS. In 2017, they pursued their interest in UX Design by attending both Bitesize UX and General Assembly. Lastly, in 2022, Daniel briefly studied UX/UI for Gaming at ELVTR.
