Petr Jirasek

Petr Jirasek has extensive experience in cybersecurity and leadership roles, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Executive Board for the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre and as the Czech Liaison to the ECSC Steering Committee at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) since February 2018. Jirasek has chaired the Czech Cyber Security Working Group since May 2010 and has been a Regional Vice President for AFCEA International since January 1998, where Jirasek engages in promoting discussions on cyber issues through various committees and initiatives. Additionally, Jirasek has chaired the Czech National Cyber Security Competition since April 2016 and held the position of Country Security Director at IBM Czech Republic from 2004 to 2010. Jirasek's educational background is in information technology and security.
