Vicente González Pedrós

Vicente González Pedrós is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management, currently serving in the Research and Innovation Team at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) since March 2021, also holding the position of Chair for the Thematic Group on Vulnerability Handling for Certified Solutions. Previously, Vicente worked at Isdefe from March 2004 to March 2021, focusing on CyberDefence technology research for the European Defence Agency, and held roles such as PMO Service Manager and Consulting Engineer at Aena IT and Madrid-Barajas Airport, respectively. Vicente's diverse background includes positions as an IT Consultant at ALTEN, Systems Engineer at Ibermatica, and roles in engineering consultancy and software analysis in earlier career phases. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and an Engineer's degree in Information Systems Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio.
