Cristiano Varotti

Cristiano Varotti is an experienced professional in international relations and tourism, currently serving as Area Manager for East Asia and Head of the Shanghai Office at ENIT - Agenzia Nazionale del Turismo since November 2020. Prior to this role, Cristiano was the Representative for International Exchanges at the Hunan Province Foreign and Overseas Affairs Office from May 2014 to October 2023. Additionally, Cristiano held the position of Director of the Marche Region Desk in China at SVIM - Sviluppo Marche Srl from May 2012 to October 2019. Cristiano holds a Laurea Specialistica in International Relations from Università degli Studi di Firenze, focusing on the political and diplomatic history of eastern Asia, and a Laurea Triennale in History of International Relations from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, covering international law, economics, sociology, and foreign languages.
