Cesar Iza

Cesar Iza is an industrial engineer with a focus on production management and process optimization. Since December 2018, Cesar has been working as an Asistente de producción at Enkador S.A., where responsibilities include managing efficiency and productivity indicators and generating reports for management. Prior to this role, Cesar served as a Pasante at Enkador S.A., conducting work method studies and standardizing processes. Experience also includes a position as a Pasante Procesos at Banco Pichincha, where Cesar was involved in process redesign and modeling using Visio and Blueworks. Early professional endeavors included a Pasante role at Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial, assisting in course reports and student support.
