Pholysa Mantryvong has held various roles in the business and technology industries since 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they worked as an Analyst in the Investor Relations Department at Cambior Inc. (IAMGOLD Corporation). In 2006 and 2007, they were an Industrial Engineering Intern at Pratt & Whitney Canada. From 2010 to 2013, they were an Experienced Consultant in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing at West Monroe Partners. In 2013, they were a Business Analyst at Negotium Technologies Inc. and from 2014 to 2015, they were a Business Analyst at ERP Guru, NetSuite Solution Provider. In 2015, they became the CEO of Enkidoo Technologies Inc.

Pholysa Mantryvong obtained a B. Eng in Industrial Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in 2008. In 2013, they received a Microsoft Dynamics Certified Technology Specialist (MB6-884 - Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Lean Manufacturing) and completed a Microsoft Dynamics AX - Fast TrAX 3 Weeks Intense Training. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Structuring Machine Learning Projects from Coursera.
