Keshava Shanbhag

Keshava Shanbhag has worked in the IT industry since 2007. From 2007-2008, they worked as a System Administrator at Rooman Technology. From 2008-2010, they worked as a Network Engineer at Biofosys Technologies. From 2010-present, they have worked at enkompas Technology Solutions in various roles, including Manager Managed Service Operation Support, Managed Service Operations Support Supervisor, Senior Network Engineer, and Network Engineer. Theirresponsibilities have included creating processes and procedures to improve efficiency, establishing and implementing activities to improve technology compliance, performing scripting administration tasks and reporting, responding to escalations, tickets, and alerts, and ensuring trouble ticketing systems are current.

In 2011, they obtained a VMware Sales Professional (VSP) from VMware. In 2012, they obtained a Microsoft® Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) from Microsoft. In 2016, they obtained a Microsoft® 70-412 Configuring Advanced Windows Server 2012 Services from Microsoft. In 2017, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
