Niko Mäkipaakkanen

Niko Markvukaj currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at CrowdStrike, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Niko worked at CyberArk from November 2020 to June 2023, taking on roles such as R&D Escalation Engineer, Premium Support Engineer, and Enterprise Support Engineer. Prior to that, Niko was a Support Engineer at TIBCO Software Inc. from October 2018 to October 2020 and served as Store Assistant Manager at Maplin from December 2015 to June 2018. Niko holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Security and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Royal Holloway, University of London.
