Gilbert Espitalier-Noël

Gilbert Espitalier-Noël currently serves as the Group CEO and Executive Director of ER Group, a role initiated in July 2025 following the rebranding of ENL and Rogers Groups. Prior to this, Gilbert held the position of Group CEO at ENL Group from July 2023 until the transition to ER Group, demonstrating continuity in leadership. Gilbert also has extensive experience as the Chief Executive Officer of Beachcomber Hotels from July 2015 to August 2023, and previously served as CEO of ENL Property from 2007 to June 2015 and as COO at Eclosia from 1997 to 2007. Gilbert's educational background includes a Master in Administration des Affaires and an MBA in Gestion et Finances from INSEAD.
