Olivier Brousse de Laborde

Olivier Brousse de Laborde currently serves as a Board Member for ENL Group, a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius, since October 2023. With a consulting career that began in 2018, Olivier is an independent consultant focusing on fostering authentic leadership among executives and their teams to create high-performing and sustainable ecosystems across Africa and Europe. Additionally, Olivier holds the position of Expert at APM - Association Progrès du Management since 2020 and previously worked as Group Chief Transformation Officer at Medine Limited from 2018 to 2021, and as Senior Consultant at Thomas More Partners from 2013 to 2018.
