Zabrina Diaz

Zabrina Diaz has a diverse work experience. Zabrina started their career as the Director of School Based Programs at Brighton Park Neighborhood Council in 2011. Zabrina then worked as a Clinician at Southwest Key Programs for a few months in 2017. Diaz also worked as a School Based Counselor/Art Therapist at Brighton Park Neighborhood Council and as a Behavioral Intervention Lead at Kelly High School during the same period. From 2018 onwards, they joined The Academy Group, Inc. and held various roles including Recruitment and External Programs Manager, Director of Recruitment and Program Operations, Director of Recruitment and Operations, and finally, Director of Human Resources. Currently, Diaz is working as the Director of Human Resources at Enlace Chicago starting from 2024.

Zabrina Diaz has a diverse education history. Zabrina earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southwestern University in the field of Fine and Studio Arts, Art History, and Latin American History from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master's of Arts in Art Therapy at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 2004 to 2006. More recently, they obtained a Master of Science in Human Resource and Development with a specialization in Human Resource Management from National Louis University from 2019 to 2021.
