Dustin Ernst

Dustin Ernst is a Scientist at Enlaza Therapeutics since August 2021, with prior experience as a Scientist at Codex DNA and a NIH Ruth Kirschstein Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California San Diego, where research focused on circadian gene regulation. Dustin earned a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Georgia, investigating metabolic stress in bacteria and yeast, and has conducted significant research at various institutions including the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Synthetic Genomics, Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation, and Salk Institute for Biological Studies. Notable work includes contributions to microbial enhanced oil recovery and high-throughput structural biology techniques, along with a foundation in developmental biology.
