Danielle Watson

Danielle Watson is a Junior Technical Recruiter at Mission Technologies and Enlighten, a subsidiary of HII, where the primary focus is building teams of skilled Full-Stack Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Scientists. Starting in June 2018, Danielle progressed from an Administrative Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator to a Junior Technical Recruiter, supporting diverse talent acquisition efforts. Prior experience includes roles as a Sports Performance Coach at Competitive Edge, a Patient Services Specialist at Select Medical, and a Customer Service Specialist at DICK'S Sporting Goods. Danielle holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning from the United States Sports Academy.
