Chief Lead, Engagements at Enlighten Operational Excellence

Katrina Ward is the Chief Lead of Engagements at Enlighten Operational Excellence. Katrina has over 25 years of experience in project management, change management, and Six Sigma consulting.

Katrina started their career at GE Capital, where they spent six years as a Blackbelt and Master Blackbelt. In this role, they led process improvement initiatives across multiple departments and functions. Katrina then spent three years as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant at ACCA before joining Tesco Bank in 2005.

At Tesco Bank, Katrina held various positions including Business Change Manager and Irish Operations Director. In 2014, they left Tesco Bank to join Barclays Wealth Management as a Project Manager. Katrina spent four years at Barclays before joining Enlighten Operational Excellence in 2019.

At Enlighten, Katrina has held the positions of Project Manager and Change Program Director. In their current role as Chief Lead of Engagements, they are responsible for leading and delivering complex change programs for Enlighten’s clients.

They work with John Henderson - Chief Legal Officer, Debra Sulser - Chief Human Resources Officer, and Amanda Windle - Chief Lead, Client Services. Katrina Ward reports to Tony Tregurtha, CEO, President & Co-Founder.
