Nitin Bhatia

Nitin Bhatia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and operational roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at Enlighten Operational Excellence since June 2021, Nitin provides consultancy expertise in program phases, implements workforce management software, and leads a team of Technical Business Analysts. Prior to this, Nitin worked as an Associate Process Manager at eClerx from November 2016 to June 2021, overseeing a team of analysts, developing Power BI dashboards, and facilitating process improvements. Nitin began the career at Accenture in India as a Software Engineering Analyst from July 2011 to April 2015, leading HR operations and developing strategic reports for leadership. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amity University.
