Alan B. Thomas Jr.

Alan B. Thomas Jr. is a seasoned professional in government procurement and strategy, currently serving as a Board Member for The Coalition for Common Sense in Government Procurement since January 2025. As the Founder of AlphaTango Strategies since November 2019, Alan collaborates with senior leaders to develop growth strategies and influence federal government policies on information technology and professional services. Previously, Alan held significant roles including Operating Advisor at Enlightenment Capital, Chief Solutions Officer at Leadership Connect, and Chief Operating Officer at IntelliBridge. Alan's experience also encompasses leadership positions at GSA, Artlin Consulting, Berico Technologies, and the Department of Defense. Alan holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, an MPA from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, and a BA in History from Grinnell College.
