Senior Program Manager - Ethos Pet Brands at Enlisted Design

Molly Sweeney has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2001, they started their career at Sprint, where they held several marketing positions, including Program Manager and Retail Implementation Manager. Molly joined Xtelesis Corporation in 2006 as the Director of Marketing & Customer Advocacy, where they were responsible for setting and implementing the marketing strategy. During their tenure, they achieved significant year-over-year growth.

In 2012, Molly became the Marketing Director at Beaducation Inc., an online retailer, where they led all marketing efforts and managed creative and web development teams. Molly developed and executed marketing strategies to drive sales and oversaw various aspects of sales promotions.

From 2016 to 2020, Molly worked at Pixel & Press, Inc. as a Project Management Consultant, providing marketing and communications expertise to help brands achieve their growth goals. Molly collaborated with clients and agencies to execute marketing strategies and also contributed to copywriting for Men's Wearhouse and Jos.

In 2020, Molly joined Enlisted Design as an Account Manager for Merrick Pet Care, serving as a client liaison and managing packaging and retail marketing projects. Molly provided leadership and direction to a team of creative talent and developed systems and processes for successful project execution.

Currently, Molly is working at Enlisted Design as an Account Manager for Natural Balance.

Molly Sweeney pursued their education at Rockhurst University from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, Molly attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1993 to 1996, earning their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
